Mr. Hansen focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He has represented both individuals and companies in disputes involving contracts, real estate, partnerships, voidable transfers, and various other areas of commercial litigation. Prior to becoming a trial lawyer, Mr. Hansen spent over eight years at a privately held manufacturing company, where he worked as corporate counsel and vice president. As corporate counsel, Mr. Hansen was responsible for overseeing all legal matters affecting the company, which ranged from patent litigation to drafting all types of commercial agreements. Mr. Hansen also spent several years in an executive role where he gained invaluable experience managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
